I have always had the niche for Photography and spend time coaching sellers through the most important approaches to drive online business. As we all know most buyers start looking on line first! I work with a photographer which makes all the difference in the world with exposure to those who are relocating, military or even families looking for a 2nd home or vacation home. I have lived in the Williamsburg Area my entire life and know the market very well. The company I work for, Liz Moore and Associates strives to keep the top spot within the market in reference to listings and buyers. We separate ourselves from other companies by offering up front appraisals, home inspections and staging consultations were needed. While working with the buyer I offer advanced buyer coaching and preferred lenders that are always in the office to help.
