I'm not the type of person who leaves reviews very often, but I could not let time go by without writing down my experience. This was my second time buying a home through Mansy Real Estate and my husbands first. Its clichA(C) to say, but I'm truly at a loss of words that could adequately describe what we just went through. Our agent, Heather, is nice as pie, but a complete bulldog when it comes to representing you in this process. She knows the industry so well that she knew that a home that was being advertised as a commercial building could easily be bought as a residential. Heather found this gem for us and was able to negotiate everything we needed and was able to come in under our meager budget. She rocked it. In fact, when things went a little south (no fault on our side) Heather took control of the situation and took care of business like she owned the entire real estate industry. Even as I sent her anxiety ridden texts, she responded, (even while in another country!), with grace, tranquility, and a sense of calm that calmed my fears and reminded me that she was steering the ship and I just needed to trust the winds. We are now beginning the renovations on our 1916 dream home and I feel more joy after this experience than I have in a long time. Heather, I cannot thank you enough. You were more than just a joy to work with, you were captain of this voyage and there is not a person in the world that I would trust more than you when buying a home.
