FAQ
If you're trying to purchase a home always keep an eye on your credit. During the home purchase make sure you do not use your credit. Make sure when purchasing to obtain a Home Inspection. Be sure to find an agent that keeps in touch with you and is always there to help. Always ask questions. There is no such thing as a silly question!
Be sure to check with an agent on the value of your home. Looking up and doing your own research from other sites is not effective.
buyers, sellers, foreclosures, short sales, relocations, first time home buyers
I try to be sure ALL my transactions go smooth. It helps so much when both sides work together! Recently, I worked with a buyer who had her eye on a Townhome for a good 3 weeks. It must have been meant to be for her to get it because even though they had several viewings while we were waiting on her pre-approval letter to come in, we were able to make the offer and get it accepted. We are about to close and the seller did everything for her on repairs as well as also will be helping her when she moves in to allow her to close on her current home and move in early with the new home.
My husband plays Soccer and we one night went to dinner with one of his soccer buddies and his wife. She was a top agent and sold me on being a Realtor. I had wanted to be an agent a long time ago but didn't know the ins and outs but she helped me through it and I have been a Realtor since.
I was a Teacher prior to being a Realtor so I have a ton of patience!
I'm always taking classes to keep up with the changes in our industry.
