I really appreciated how she respected our wishes on renting vs selling, just providing to us her insight without pushing us one way or the other. I also found very helpful her advice on which items in our townhome warranted upgrade vs others that did not. The townhome rented quickly, and she effectively presented the potential renters to us so that we could make an informed decision. I highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED We first met with Heather on the recommendation of a friend who had recently worked with her. We were immediately impressed with her direct and honest approach, as well as her knowledge of the ins and outs of our local market. By the end of that meeting we decided to work with Heather both to sell our current home and to purchase a new one. We were incredibly pleased with the way both transactions worked out. As our selling agent, she knew exactly what work needed to be done to get our house ready to go on the market. As a result of her advice and pre-marketing on social media, the first person to see the house put down a great offer that we happily accepted. Heather was even more incredible as our buying agent. During the several months we spent house hunting, Heather patiently helped us nail down exactly what we wanted, drove all over creation to show us homes in various neighborhoods, and even made herself available for same-day showings (which helped us jump on the house we ultimately purchased). Most especially, she happily volunteered to play with our son when we had to bring him along, giving us the time to carefully look over the properties. Finally, there was an issue with the title company that we did not discover until after closing, and Heather was able to quickly get it resolved, saving us a lot of headaches. Heather is a full-time agent who clearly loves her profession and has good relationships with her fellow agents. She was very helpful in reaching out to selling agents to learn more about the properties we liked and to ask questions on our behalf. She never asserted her own opinions unless we specifically asked, always preferring to give us the information we needed to get there ourselves. Her wise advice to check for future plans to expand a road behind one of our top contenders saved us from potentially years of noisy construction and traffic. We have nothing but positive things to say about Heather, and have already recommended her to friends.

We were first-time home-buyers, working from outside the country, buying a house sight-unseen. People shivered when we told them what we were doing. But we had Heather on our side. What could have been a very stressful experience, particularly given the competitive Northern Virginia market, was calm. First, Heather took the time to understand our wants/taste/needs. She listened. She highlighted listings that she thought would interest us right away. She was tireless in personally checking out homes for us and sending videos so we could tour them virtually. She listened to our questions and concerns, and pursued answers. And when we found our house, she walked us through the buying process, step-by-step. She was our advocate when we bid, when we inspected, and through the end of the process, even giving us a list of recommended service people to choose from for our homes various needs. We knew we had a knowledgeable person who cared about us on our side, so we could be confident in what we were doing. Heather really went the extra mile for us. She clearly loves what she does, and we reap the benefits!

She worked tirelessly to find the perfect home for our family and went above and beyond many times to help us in our search. Heather listened to what we were looking for and found homes for us to tour that met or exceeded those requirements within our price range. She really gets to know your preferences and narrows down the search for you. The housing market can be very competitive in Northern Virginia and houses are sold quickly once they go on the market. Heather was diligent about finding houses that were up and coming then contacting their real estate agents to schedule one of the first showings. We were able to view our current house the day it was put on the market and we put an offer on it later that day. Without Heather?s follow-through and persistence we may not have gotten our house. We have three very young children and she was so sweet and helpful when we had the kids with us during showings. After we bought our house my kids would ask if we could still go house shopping with Mrs. Heather. She is just not a standard real estate agent, she is exceptional in what she does and she was a huge support to us. Heather was always available anytime we contacted her and she is a wealth of knowledge about buying and selling houses. Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend her.

She did a great job evaluating the area for comps. So we were able to price the house for a price we were happy with. The house was vacant but Heather did a nice job staging it.
