Born and raised in the Northern Palm Beaches, Heather Benjamin founded VIRGON Real Estate in April 2022 to focus on her preference of being in service to her clients rather than sales. She has been involved in the real estate business since she graduated high school at the age of fifteen in Misawa, Japan. Heather bought and sold her first property in her early 20s and hasn't looked back from there. Since obtaining her Affiliate Broker license in December of 2004, Heather has been a consistent Top Producer with monthly, quarterly, annual and industry awards. She initially obtained her license to assist herself in her own real estate transactions, but within 4 months, found that she had an undiscovered passion for helping others through the real estate process and so she walked away from her marketing and advertising company to focus on real estate full-time. She is currently considered highly skilled and knowledgeable in residential, luxury estates, small commercial, multi-family, foreclosures, short sales, farming and equestrian properties. Heather's 20 year background in marketing, advertising and customer service has given her the advantage over the competition since the beginning of her career as a licensed agent. In addition to top awards received quarterly and annually during her tenure as an Affiliate Broker at Reliant Realty ERA, Heather was also recognized as a Diamond Society Member of Coldwell Banker International 2008-2009 making her a part of the elite Top 7% of real estate agents in the country.
