My wife and I relocated to Nashville from California in June of 2011. Prior to moving to Tennessee we were looking for homes on various websites, which was very challenging since we could not see the homes in person. We were from out of town looking to relocate to the Nashville area. Heather came highly recommended from numerous people so we began working with her. We described what we were looking for as well as the type of areas that interested us. Heather immediately narrowed down the search and arranged showings. Within days Heather knew exactly what we wanted which further narrowed the search even more (a good thing). Heather knew before we did which house we would buy and sure enough we did. Heather was such a powerful negotiator that we ended up with several items we thought couldnt be negotiated. The second thing Heather did was connect us with a mortgage broker who made the finance process simple and painless. Heather and the mortgage broker filled in all the details while we provided the supporting paperwork. It could not have been easier. We have no plans to sell the house (yet) but when we do she will be the one to take care of us.So look, we were from out of town and worked with Heather because she came highly recommended. She connected all the dots for us and to this day checks in to make sure everything is as promised. Because of our experience with Heather I can tell you she will be the only one we work with in the future.
