ZillowVERIFIED We cannot even begin to explain what a huge help Rich and Heather were to us in our home buying process. My wife and I got married in August and have a little baby on the way so we were desperate to find a home. This market was overwhelming and our price range was restrictive for this market with my wife and I wanting to be on a 15 year. We knew this made it more difficult to find something for us, but Heather and Rich never pressured us to change to a 30 year or extend our price range. They promised to do all they could to find a home that was within our parameters. Every home we looked at was a multiple offer situation and even though it seemed like it would be impossible to find a home in our price range in the area we wanted to be, Heather and Rich kept finding homes for us to look at and met us at home after home at a moments notice. There wasnt a single time that we wanted to see a home that Heather or Rich werent able to get us in within a day from letting them know, most times getting us in that very evening! They also always made us feel like we were the only client they were working with by how responsive they were, how proactive they were in helping us with our search, and how they helped us draft offers we were comfortable with. We knew we could call and text them at any time and hear back within minutes. This was big for us to have direct contact with them instead of being outsourced to a different member of a big team. Heather and Rich were our team! Anytime one wasnt available, the other would be. They were very knowledgeable about values of homes, potential for growth, and helped guide us with what would be a good buy and what wouldnt be. We cannot say enough about Heather and Rich and are going to recommend them to all of our friends when they begin looking for homes. They were personable and knew the area we were selling and buying in. It really felt like we were the only clients they had. Very helpful and knowledgeable about the properties we were looking at and very helpful in staging our house to sell. When an appraisal came back unacceptably low, Rich sent a well thought rebuttal to the mortgage company to have them take another look. Even with the holidays and the appraisal craziness, we were able to keep our original closing date. I would recommend these two to anyone.

I was so stressed ?? and so tired of being stressed about money ?? when I work so freaking hard every day! BUT if our clients dont pay for the work we do on time then we dont eat! It really is that simple! AND with us no longer having a consistent source of income from Bryan Culver and all of the surprise expenses that happen in life (plumbing issues, car wreck, broken bones, etc) we were tapped out. ?? Bryan and I had started discussing selling our home BUT I DID NOT ?? WANT TOO!! Yes, we could make a lot of money and no longer be stressed financially BUT we have 3 successful businesses WHY should we need to do this!! I just couldnt get past that thought! This is the home we brought our last baby, ?? this is the only home ?? our boys really know, this is where so many wonderful memories ?? have been made, this is the house we were so proud to purchase 5 short years ago and in my mind selling was saying to other people that we failed somehow. I called Heather Abernathy my dear friend and real estate expert in my area and I just started crying uncontrollably! ?? She listened, she shared her opinion, she walked through options and because she was thinking of what was best for me first she said this... aEURoeAmy, I dont think you should sell your home...you arent ready yet...we talked some more...she calmed me down...she said she was praying ???? for me....and I said you are right I am not ready but something has to change. ?? By the end of the week, a client paid his invoice and all was aEURoegoodaEUR? in the Culver financial house again.. ?? BUT in the back of my head I knew that we had options and I started really thinking about the pros and cons of selling and what I really want our families life to look like and reminding myself that it doesnt matter what others think. ?? Heather didnt even realize it but my trust in her went through the roof that day. ?? SHE advised me to not sell my house during the hottest time in the real estate market because she knew it wasnt the right time for us. She put OUR best interest first because I was not emotionally ready even though she would have benefited ?? financially if she advised us to sell. Fast Forward to the end of July....Bryan and I attended a Tony Robbins and Grant Cardone event and our eyes were opened up! ?? Why in the world are we hanging on to a piece of paper for aEURoehome ownershipaEUR? when we make our home where we are and could have financial piece of mind if we just make this one simple change. AND the thought of never cleaning 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms again was really starting to sound amazing! ?? I literally called Heather the next day and said we are ready, lets do this, we are ready to release this house and then she started the real estate hustle like the boss babe she is. ?? From that day to yesterday she has hustled every single freaking week to get our house sold...she has done everything from advising, staging, scheduling, marketing, selling, cleaning, listening and packing. She is amazing and earned every single penny! I have always known she is an amazing #momboss but she blew my personal expectations away seeing what she does behind the scenes to make things happen. She knows all the contractors to call and how to handle all of the surprises that WILL come up during a stressful time like this and she is always right! ?? In a market where there are so many options to sell your home now...Zillow...open door..etc..remember the value of a relationship is PRICELESS!
