ZillowVERIFIEDMy husband was in the process of retiring from the Air Force, so we were in Texas and trying to purchase a house in SC. Harrison was our stand in for walk throughs, etc. He would also Face Time us during the walk throughs so that we could be a part of the conversation. He was always there to help us no matter the day or time. Harrison is definitely my first choice if I ever but or sell a home again.
ZillowVERIFIEDHarrison Phibbs helped me through the process of buying my first home. By being a native of Charleston, SC, he is very knowledgeable of the area and is easy to work with. He is truly professional and passionate about wanting to help you in any way possible. With this being my first time as a buyer, the entire process can be complex but Harrison was easily available and had resources that were very valuable to me during this time. He simplified the process and did a lot of the heavy lifting. I highly recommend using Harrison for anyone seeking an honest realtor and a pleasant experience.
ZillowVERIFIEDHarrison went above and beyond to guide me through my first home purchase. Such a big life change comes with plenty of anxiety and questions, and he handled those feelings with great care and professionalism. No other realtor would have provided such a true white glove experience. I'm grateful and excited to use him again for my next investment property or second home purchase.
ZillowVERIFIEDHarrison was super patient and resourceful throughout the whole process. He remained on the search for potential homes constantly. He is local to the Charleston area so I felt it was an insight to what places in Charleston are truly prospering. Harrison is always on time, inspecting the home before arrival, which I feel is considerate of time.
ZillowVERIFIEDWe loved working with Harrison to buy our first home. He made the process easy and fun, had great industry knowledge and tips, and was patient and kind. We could not be more appreciative for our experience and love our new home!
ZillowVERIFIEDMy fiance and I just bought our dream home home with the help of Harrison Phibbs. He was incredible! From the home search to closing (and even after closing), he helped us every step of the way. We are both first-time home buyers, so naturally we had a ton of questions. Harrison was always available anytime we needed him for a quick phone call to talk through questions or just get advice. Everything was super organized and he made the home-buying process much less intimidating. I would definitely recommend Harrison for anyone who is looking to buy a house in the Charleston area!
