ZillowVERIFIED Harout is someone that I have been following for sometime now. Every time I open up my phone he is either selling something or has a new listing. One thing that I appreciate and respect about him is that hes the hardest working Realtor I have seen. His negotiating skills are second to none. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to Home Inspections. I just wish we wouldve known him much earlier. It wouldve made things a lot more easier and we would not have missed out on some properties that had multiple offers.

ZillowVERIFIED Selling my home was the hardest and most painful decision I have ever had to make, but having you by my side turned an overwhelming process into a manageable journey. From our very first meeting, your calmness and kindness provided a sense of peace I didnt think was possible. You never rushed me or treated me like just another transaction; instead, you honored the emotional weight of this transition and met every one of my anxieties with patience and grace. I am especially grateful for the unmatched professionalism you showed by ensuring I fully comprehended every single detail. You took the time to explain things slowly and thoroughly, making sure I felt confident and empowered before moving forward with any step. Your unique blend of technical expertise and genuine warmth is a rare find. Thank you for not only being an incredible realtor but for truly caring about my well-being until the very last signature was signed.

ZillowVERIFIED Harout is an excellent realtor! He sold my daughter's condo last year above asking price, so when she recommended him to us for our newest home purchased, we were excited to work with him. He's a master of his craft, knows the ins and outs of real estate, and has the best interest of his clients through and through. We met him as a real estate agent, but I think we left this transaction as friends. We would 100% recommend Harout and would work with him on real estate purchases and sales in the future. Thank you, Harout for helping us secure a beautiful investment property at a favorable price. Cheers!

ZillowVERIFIED Harout Aloyan made the tedious process of selling my home the most simplest, quickest, and stressless process. Not once during the process did I feel confused or lost. What I was thankful for the most was that no matter how many times a day I would call with a question (which was quite a lot) Mr. Aloyan would answer my calls right away and he had the answer/solution to ANY question or concern I would have. Any problem that would arise, Harout would solve it with no conflict. He never once made me feel regret for needing help so often or for asking so many questions. The best part of this process was that I learned a lot from him about selling a home as a young woman. I can say with utmost certainty that Harout Aloyan is the most knowledgable Real Estate in the game along side his wife, Narine. It is very important to not only feel, but actually see and believe that you can count on your agent and that you are in great and safe hands. I felt that and MORE with Harout Aloyan and his team.
