My wife an I meet Hardeep at an open house in 2016 (4 years ago) when we first starting looking for our second house purchase, after speaking with Hardeep at the open house we asked him to be our realtor agent. Little did he know, when he said yes to being our agent that we would have him running all over Western Washington to show us homes. For the next 8-9 months (2-3 times weekly) we would call, text, and email Hardeep with houses and properties that we where interested in, but to no avail did they satisfy our needs. Never did Hardeep get frustrated with us with our ever changing needs, or push us to purchase below our wants. We would call at a minutes notice and Hardeep would always greet us with a smile and the utmost professionalism and enthusiasm that anyone could expect. Hardeep is very knowledgeable of the homes and properties for sale in the Puget Sound area. After looking at many homes and properties for the next 8-9 months through out Western Washington my wife an I decided to hold off on a purchase until the market became better, unfortunately for Hardeep we did not purchase a home and his time was never compensated with a purchase of a home (the wife an I felt very bad that we had wasted his time). Jump forward to April 29th 2020, my wife was browsing realty listings...and Boom!!! there it was, the house and property she wanted! She asks me "I wonder if Hardeep would be willing to be our Realtor Agent again", so a good Husband I am (LOL), I text Hardeep at 6:19 pm asking to reconnect with him as our realtor and we had a house we were interested in looking at 2 hours away. Hardeep got right back to us, as if no time had passed, by 9:00 pm he had a viewing set for us the following day. Once again (even after a 2 hour drive) he greeted us with a smile and professionalism! After viewing the home, we chatted, we laughed and caught up on each others lives. During the drive back, we called Hardeep and told him "we would like to place an offer". That was April 30th 2020, and by the end of the day he had submitted our offer to the selling agent. On May 21st 2020 we closed on our new home, and Hardeep personally handed us the keys and a congratulations, with a smile too our new home.Now comes the selling of our previous home, with Hardeep's expertise he explained to us what we needed to do to sell our house, which in my wife's view wasn't enough. I listened to Hardeep and saved my money, we listed our home on a Friday and signed a selling agreement on Monday 3 days later. ZillowVERIFIED First, let me say, if you work with Hardeep, you work exclusively with him. He shows the house, attends inspections and answers your calls and texts. Hardeep worked with my wife and I in negotiating the purchasing of a downsizing home. He discussed our needs with us and kept us informed of developments in the very fast moving market. My wife and I also watched real estate sites and he was quick to show us the listings that he found and that we identified. He kept in close contact during the search process, and calls and texts were always timely returned. He advised, but always looked to our opinions, and we never felt pushed into any decisions. He was immensely helpful in answering all of our questions in advance of us making an offer. He worked with us through negotiations, offers and counter offers, helping us negotiate better terms and a better purchase price. Even during negotiations, he was willing to take us to new homes so that we did not feel we missed any. Once under contract, he worked effectively with the other agent, the lender, inspectors and closing agents. As a first time homebuyer, we were not familiar with the process, Hardeep was very knowledgeable and patient in explaining the entire process, he actually invited us to his office on Sunday afternoon and spent almost 2 hours just to explain the process to us and answer our questions. He indicated that home values in my area were increasing and if I chose to sell my home, to consider giving him the opportunity to get the most for it. Hardeep continued to stay in touch with postcards and emails and 8 months later I decided to put my house on the market. I interviewed several realtors and Hardeep came with a prepared report about my house and the area market and was eager to start working for me. I was very impressed with his enthusiasm and persistence, so I hired him. I have not regretted my choice at all. Hardeep immediately put a plan into action. We called Hardeep and met with him for the first time in May, and from the beginning we had never met a realtor who was as wonderful as Hardeep. During our first meeting, he gave us excellent advice on how to make our home look ready to stage and to sell. He stopped by our house many times as my wife and I worked to make sure everything looked great in and out of the house, and always asked us what he could do to help. He even was willing to scrape and paint a small section of the house that the appraiser said needed to be painted. He simply goes above and beyond any realtor we had ever dealt with our lives. We liked him so much my wife and I took him to dinner recently because he is such a nice and friendly guy. If we ever sell our current home, Hardeep is the only one we will call to be our realtor. Very impressive from start to finish.
