Hong is very professional. Shes very good at communication with client and negotiation with counterparty agent. Shes also very patient with me and my family in house touring. We did quite a bit of house touring before we decide which one to buy. We checked out the candidate properties multiple times and we analyzed very carefully. Her negotiation skill with counterparty agent is beyond excellent. We were able to get a very good pricing at a prime location with a very good condition house. Would highly recommend Hong! (Previous responsiveness rating was a glitch, did on my phone! Shes very responsive throughout the process)
