They are attentive even during the busiest market, warm and friendly who are a joy to be around, and are always two steps ahead of you. Touring with them is a dream. They pay attention to the details like water heater capacity and the age of the electrical panel while you are enamored with the cabinets and closets. They love their job and it really shows. We highly recommend them so much we may just buy a vacation house to have the opportunity to work with them again.

ZillowVERIFIED We met Hannah by chance at an open house, and both my wife and I immediately felt a great connection. This is our second home purchase, and our previous experience with a realtor was not pleasant. We felt coerced into viewing homes we didn't care for, and often felt that the realtor was just trying to get us to buy anything. We sold that home in FL and moved to NOVA and was shocked at not only the home sale prices, but the cut throat competition. My wife and I weren't sure if we should be offering well over our budget to remain competitive, or sit out of the market entirely. Thank god for Hannah and Joe. Not only were they incredibly patient with our 1,000 questions on pricing and rates, but they also took an exorbitant amount of time detailing different cities and neighborhoods. (Again, new to NOVA and clueless) My wife and I work fulltime, and have a one year old so our schedules were hectic, but they ALWAYS found a way to accommodate. Hannah helped calm our fears while managing expectations, and we truly felt she wanted what was best for our family, and not just what was right "right now". Thanks to Hannah and Joe we found a beautiful home in downtown Leesburg, and at a much better price than we were expecting. Buying a home is one of the biggest investments in your life, and brings a lot of anxiety and fear. Thats unavoidable, but with Hannah and her team its a lot easier to take on!

ZillowVERIFIED We were first-time home buyers, and could not have hoped for a better realtor to make us feel comfortable and confident! In our first meeting, Hannah clearly explained every step of the process. She was always available to show us every home on our (lengthy!) "favorites" list -- we got daily emails of new properties as soon as they were available, which was enormously helpful! She is very down-to-earth and easy to talk to, as well as knowledgeable about the area. She was extremely responsive, and answered ALL of our questions (no matter how stupid!), without exception. She gave great advice in providing strong offers and clearly knew the local market well. She provided encouragement when we needed it. It was because of her proactive and obsessive research that we were able to find our home prior to it being officially on the market!! We love everything about our new home -- it is the perfect fit and checks every box, and then some -- and that fact that we get to live in it is completely thanks to Hannah!
