About Hannah Ehrenheim

Hi, I'm Hannah - a 5th generation Gig Harbor girl, and I wouldn't have it any other way.

For over 8 years, I've been helping families buy and sell homes in the community I love, live in, and am raising my own family in. This isn't just where I work - it's home.

When I'm not with clients, you'll find me out with our horses, chasing my son around at the park, or taking a stroll through downtown Gig Harbor.

Real estate found me because of my love for beautiful homes, but it's the people that keep me here. I thrive on problem-solving, listening, and guiding families toward their goals - because I truly believe real estate is one of the most powerful ways to build lasting wealth and security for generations to come.

Whether you're buying, selling, or just need a trusted resource to talk things through - I'm your girl. Let's make it happen, together.

I couldnt have asked for a better experience with my selling agent. Hannah possessed the expertise I needed to price, list and market my house. She provided excellent counsel with regard to staging the home to appeal to buyers, and she navigated the offer process to give me the maximum value for my home. Shes an exceptionally nice person as well. I couldnt have been any more pleased.

She goes above and beyond for her clients. No matter what time of day it is, she will always answer your calls. Our house was being built and she went out and checked on the process a couple times every week. She is always on top of contractors. Making sure they are getting everything done that the new homeowner asked for. We will never use another real estate agent again. We are life long clients and we highly recommend.

Hannah is by far the best realtor I have ever worked with. She will go above and beyond what you ask for and make sure you?re never surprised with anything especially unforeseen costs. She won?t push you into a home you don?t love and she will go to bat for you in every way possible. She is realistic with you about your expectations but will do everything you ask for and handle literally everything including communicating with your lender. She has helped us buy multiple times and every time she has made the experience enjoyable and possible, even when our lender made things complicated. You don?t have to feel uncomfortable about being honest with her either because she wants to see her clients happy which is more important to her than making a sell. You won?t be disappointed if you use Hannah as your realtor!

Who sells a house during the Corona Virus outbreak?? We did thanks to Hannah. Had a bit of hesitation to try...but she told us it could be done! From listing to closing she kept us informed the entire way. Would highly reccomend Hannah to anyone. She always got back to us immediately. Please give her a try- you wont be sorry. Hannah came to us highly reccomended by our daughter who bought a house as a first time home buyer, Hannah walked her through the process, and later sold that house for her.

We dont even know where to begin. Hannah is hands down the BEST Realitor we have ever worked with. She was super knowledgeable and very very friendly. She had our best intentions in mind. She didnt know the area where we were looking very well so she did a bunch of research and even went down and scoped it out for us. She will go above and beyond for anyone who uses her. We HIGHLY recommend her.

My grown children and I had one weekend to find a house that we liked, and that my wife would like, who was to return to the US in two months. We knew very little about the south Puget Sound area or its housing market. Hannah organized and planned our viewing of a number of houses, helped us evaluate them, and then worked with us as we switched gears to other neighborhoods to look for additional possibilities. Hannah gave us good advice on local neighborhoods and the housing market, and she was available to us at all times for questions and ideas. At the same time, she was also fielding calls from my wife who was in a time zone nine hours away. When we finally found a place that worked and locked in a price, Hannah helped us through a logistically tricky closing process. My mortgage broker, my wife, my kids, the house, and myself were in five completely different locations. Hannah kept things pulled together and communicated with everyone very effectively. She was a positive force throughout the process. I know she also has great backup and support from her associates at Westmoreland Properties. Hannah Richards was wonderful to work with. My wife and I recommend her without qualification.
