Brian Bellairs Principal Broker Brian has 22 years of residential real estate experience in the Portland metro area, focusing particularly on Murrayhill, Beaverton and Tigard real estate. Previously, Brian had a marketing career with PepsiCo and Wendy's International. His last position was Western Division Marketing Director for Pizza Hut, Inc. wherein he spearheaded the marketing for 1,500 Pizza Hut restaurants. Brian received his master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas-Arlington. He is a Principal Broker and member of Portland's Mastermind Group, which is comprised of the top selling brokers in the metro area.

Kathleen Kessinger Broker, Listing Coordinator and Buyer's Specialist Kathleen is a licensed Broker in Oregon and our team's expert in preparing residential properties for the market. Her degree in Interior Design from the University of Minnesota, along with over 20 years experience in design and home remodeling give her the expertise needed to assist our home owners as they get ready to sell. Kathleen is also a specialist at helping homebuyers find their next new home. She works tirelessly for her clients, persevering until they find that "just right" fit.

Hannah Bellairs Broker, Marketing Specialist and Buyer's Specialist Hannah was born and raised in the real estate business. She graduated in 2015 with double majors in marketing and advertising from Portland State University, though she got her license when she was 19 year old. Hannah has been in charge of the marketing side of the business since she was 14 years old. Growing up in the business has helped develop her love for it. In addition to her love for marketing and advertising in the industry, Hannah loves the hunt for the right house. "Each individual buyer is different with their wants, needs, likes and dislikes. That's what makes the process different every time, and that's what makes this so much fun."
