Hamar was outstanding. He helped us find a brand new construction and strategized with us on the best way to win it. We did! When our house slightly under-appraised, he helped us negotiate and win a credit to lower the price. He remembered and checked up on small details, like personally stopping by to make sure the punch list was being completed in a timely manner. He was overall, on top of things and so helpful anytime we had a question or concern. Highly recommend working with him!
