He is proactive- he lets you know next steps and timelines, and works to accommodate the buyers time constraints. Finally (and I could go on and on about our positive interactions), Gus will work on your behalf to set up post-closing repairs, key handoffs, etc. This is very important to us, as out of area buyers.
