ZillowVERIFIED Let me start by saying, I would HIGHLY recommend Guerry Clegg!Before choosing a real estate agent, I researched him to see if he would be the best choice based on the investment, he would make into selling a property (time and effort, not necessarily financially) and how he promoted his listings. He was very informative, took pictures of the property, and provided me with an excellent market analysis before listing it. After listing, the house received multiple offers, and the house was under contract within 48 hours. I live out of state, so I knew off the bat, it was going to be a lot more work for the agent on my behalf. Guerry went way above and beyond for me and did more than I could have expected from any other agent. He arranged for minor repairs to be done, ran several errands for me, and even washed some of the exterior of the house, required by the appraiser. For anyone looking to list their house, I would defiantly recommend Guerry Clegg to them. He's a true professional and a genuinely nice guy. I realize it won't always be this easy to sell your home, but I think you'd be hard-pressed to find a better Realtor!

ZillowVERIFIED Guerry helped my wife and I look for our retirement home for nearly a year. We were very discriminating in our location and home requirements. Eventually a home just like we were looking for came on the market. This home was a diy dream at a great price. Fortunately Guerry gave us great recommenations to close the contract. Then when we thought things were going great, the lender informed us they could not meet the contract closing date. Because this was such a bargain, there were numerous contingent offers if we could not meet the deadline. Guerry stepped up and referred us to a lender that not only met the deadline starting late in the process, but beat it by several days. Without Guerry's insight in the real estate market my wife and I feel we would have either lost the best opportunity for our retirement home or it would have cost us significant cost to get it.
