I want anyone in Southern NH to know if you are in the process of selling your home, Gretchen Haga, Gretchen Haga, Grethen Haga, even if you just want to understand the market to see if the timing is right, Gretchen Haga of Berkshire Hathaway, Windham NH. She not only sold our home, which you would think in this market, "how much work did they really need to do?" cause anything is selling at this point...Well, let me tell you.... Never ever have we had the type of support, commitment, attention to detail, communication, and due diligence that Gretchen and team provided. This was a market where these houses seemed to sell themselves, and our expectations of seeing or hearing from our realtors were low. Very low. We based that opinion on the previous homes we have sold and the engagement we've had with realtors in the past. Gretchen and Kim (Team) did not rest on their laurels. They dug in and made sure 1. we were comfortable with selling. 2. We were well prepared to do what needed to be done on our part to get ready for the sale 3. Kept in contact to make sure if we needed help they were there 4. Provided contacts to clean and to take care of our lawn as our Lawn Tractor ended up in the shop (both miracles to get these resources as there is a shortage of services these days). 5. Came in and spent a whole day staging our home. Kim ran up and down several flights of stairs all day long, bringing in piles and boxes of decor to turn our (bedrooms) into showcases. I was proud they didn't have to stage our main floor...:-) Kim took the time to convert photos of our home at night to showcase the customized lighting we had into canvas shots so home buyers could see the effects of the lighting at night. They had 2 open houses, with the largest "WELCOME" sign I've ever seen and extended the hours because of the # of buyers coming in. They took pictures of the street to show us all of the potential home buyers that showed up for the open houses. My husband was over the moon with Kim and Gretchen's support and engagement throughout the prepping and selling of our home. They even offered to bring us dinner the day we were moving the last of the "stuff" we accumulated over the years as we were utterly exhausted and overwhelmed. Gretchen spent hours with us going through the offers and helping us determine the best buyers for our home as bidding wars ensued. Kim was there too! Simply incredible. They raised the bar for sure for us. Gretchen and Kim, we are so grateful for you and the work you put into selling our home with us. When she arrived, she came with a broad scope of Comps, a specific and detailed plan on how to stage the house. The biggest thing for us was a very creative plan to navigate the sale of an older house in a community where most of the houses are much newer. She was confident we could get significantly more than our other agent said, so we trusted her and couldn't be happier.
