Rather than just signing paperwork and snapping a few photos, I do a thorough walk-through of your home and offer tips and suggestions that will get your home SOLD. I utilize the services of a professional photographer and provide custom marketing collateral for all new listings. I always keep my clients informed, provide feedback from prospects, and work hard to get your home SOLD!

I also use social media strategies with the assistance of a private consulting firm that most agents are not doing anything with. All of these tactics help to get my listings SOLD for top dollar!

Expired Listings- Have you tried to sell your home with another agent and for whatever reason, you did not get the results you were hoping for? I have a proven track record of successfully putting my Superman cape on and coming in to save the day!
