Mary knows the market, the realtors in the area, and the strategy to get things done. Her team handled EVERYTHING before and after the sale including repairs needed, obtaining a COO from the county, etc. I had no worries throughout the process. They even worked out an arrangement with the new buyers to rent back to my tenants for a few weeks to allow them to move comfortably.
