After living in her Hampton, Va., home for 47 years, my mother needed to move to Washington state to live with family. It was a difficult, emotional time for her. Greg was sensitive to this, dealing with her gently while while working aggressively to sell the house. Though we were on the other side of the country, the process was smooth. Greg answered calls promptly, whether we rang in the morning or as he was about to step into a restaurant for dinner. When asked, he recommended workers for repairs. He was warm, professional and highly communicative -- just the person my 88-year-old mother needed.

Horrible. He demanded my proof of funds before ever meeting me. I can afford the house but I don't know this person. I will not show my financial details, it is not required. Don't be fooled!! You do not have to show an agent how much money you have!
