cova home realty

Greg did an amazing job helping us find our home. Being overseas made it difficult, but Greg made sure to help however he could and made us feel comfortable having him as a realtor. He went above and beyond for us. He's extremely trustworthy and cares about his clients, especially first time buyers like myself. Greg has also been extremely helpful even after the closing, staying in contact and making sure everything is going well.

Demanded proof of funds during ZILLOW FIRST phone call. Never met, no paperwork, NO OFFER. I own a real estate investment company; I DON'T and have NEVER provided proof of funds be the OFFER.

From our first phone call through closing and beyond, Greg has been outstanding. He demonstrated his expertise in real estate by sharing valuable information about the area and the property, which made me feel confident in my decision. He takes the time to understand exactly what you're looking for and candidly explains each step of the buying process. I highly recommend Greg to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, attentive realtor.

After living in her Hampton, Va., home for 47 years, my mother needed to move to Washington state to live with family. It was a difficult, emotional time for her. Greg was sensitive to this, dealing with her gently while while working aggressively to sell the house. Though we were on the other side of the country, the process was smooth. Greg answered calls promptly, whether we rang in the morning or as he was about to step into a restaurant for dinner. When asked, he recommended workers for repairs. He was warm, professional and highly communicative -- just the person my 88-year-old mother needed.

Greg is amazing. Extremely responsive and very knowledgeable of the area and all of the processes involved in buying and selling. He has a great personality and is very easy to work with. Highly recommend
