ZillowVERIFIEDGreg Kaplan is the ONLY realtor with whom I've ever signed a contract for more than 3 months. He serves his client faithfully, no matter the personal cost to himself. My search for a home took more than 2 years. Greg met me at many homes; even homes 2 hours away from his office. Sadly, I don't think Greg made a profit on the home he helped me purchase. The amount of time, gas, and estimates must have quickly ate into whatever he was to make from a home purchase in my price range. The home I bought was For Sale by Owner. The owner needed a lot of help on his end of the process. Greg Kaplan stepped up, and quickly did a large percentage of the seller workload. I am beyond grateful for finding Greg Kaplan. He was very patient with me and the seller. Had it not been for Greg, I would not have the home that I know I was meant to buy. Greg Kaplan says he treats his clients like family. I say he treats his clients better than family. His integrity is such that he treats a million dollar home buyer the same as a $200,000 home buyer.

His strategy to set a price visible to the most buyers, helped lead to a contract 5 days after listing. Greg explained, in detail, all the terms of the contract in language I easily understood. Greg's many connections to varied professionals made minor home adjustments easy. He also negotiated well with the buyers about moving the closing date to suit my needs. In fact, Greg always put my needs first. My comfort level was a priority. When I needed to tend to a family illness, Greg had no qualms about adjusting the date for the open house. The photographers Greg works with, did an awesome job. We had about 11 showings, not counting the approximately 15 groups who came to the open house. This home sale was the least stressful sale I've ever had. Greg's knowledge of homes, their construction, potential problems, and longevity of materials is so thorough, that I've chosen him to help me purchase a home as well. Most of all, Greg is a 100% honest and virtuous man.
