ZillowVERIFIEDWe asked Greg to help us sell my mother's home after she recently passed away. The house was in a trust and she had a reverse mortgage. He helped settle any fears that we had about what would be the next step. He told us what we needed to do to sell the place quickly and get the best price. He had it in escrow for more than the asking price in less than a week. His knowledge and experience made us feel like we had one less thing to worry about in a trying time.

ZillowVERIFIED Our recent purchase in San Diego, CA, would not have been possible without Greg's help. He was absolutely instrumental in walking us through the process (we are out of state) and assisting us in every step. He is super responsive, honest, reliable, very knowledgeable, professional and personable. He supported our college-age son, who was on-site, through viewing, negotiating, inspection, paperwork, and always addressed our endless questions in respectful and polite manner. Strongly recommend Greg as the true expert in the area and a great, great real estate agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Greg was the key to selling my home, a house which had been in my family for over 50 years, successfully, peacefully, no-nonsense & drama free! He brought to the table an exceptionally calm, clear and informed voice during a time of very challenging fluctuations in mortgage rates! Working with me as a team, Greg thoroughly explained the elements of the market: how they affected our strategy and how to use them to realize the best sale for my needs - the best sale including all the terms, not just the final price. I recommend Greg Cocca whole-heartily!

ZillowVERIFIED Greg sold our home under a Trust ownership and was an ideal agent. He helped with communication with tenants on moving out, managed some pre-sale repairs, interfaced and negotiated with buyers, and communicated very well with us throughout the process. His expertise in dealing with trusts and his energetic can-do approach were key success factors, and we highly recommend him.

ZillowVERIFIED Greg was a perfect partner as the buyer's agent on my listing. Perfect combination of friendliness and responsiveness. He was easy to communicate with in regard to questions that came up and addressing the needs of both the buyer and the sellers while foremost being an excellent advocate on behalf of his client.

ZillowVERIFIED Greg was everything you want in an agent - experience, knowledge, changes in the market, integrity and most importantly- he listened to me. My property was rented , so I needed someone who had experience with selling a home when occupied by tenants. The tenants bought elsewhere, but with gregs communication skills, had open houses while tenants were still in the home. The process went smoothly. I learned a lot and was fortunate to have someone as savvy as Greg as my agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Greg and his team are the best. I felt fully supported from beginning to end. All of my questions were answered, most of the time before I asked or even knew I had a question. Greg really got to know my wants and must haves, in a house. He negotiated very effectively on my behalf and I cannot recommend Greg Cocca & Associates highly enough. If you are considering a sale or purchase, do yourself a favor and give Greg a call.

ZillowVERIFIED So easy! I needed to sell my condo in San Diego, but I live far away so I couldn't handle it myself. Greg managed every detail and communicated all along the way. He eased my mind by taking care of all repairs, at a reduced cost even, and kept me in the loop on all decisions. My condo sold in 2 days, and over asking price. Everything went so smoothly! I highly recommend Greg for your real estate needs!!

ZillowVERIFIED Greg Cocca is the BEST hands down!!! From the beginning Greg listened to us about our home needs/ wants and he kept our best interests at heart. We viewed dozens of homes, because he did not want us to settle. His dedication and perseverance helped us find and purchase our forever home. He was always available if we had questions or just wanted to chat. Greg was extremely helpful with the home inspections and was phenomenal during final negotiations. Throughout this whole process, not only was he a great realtor, but we are proud to call him a great friend. We can't say thank you enough Greg. It truly was a pleasure to work with you and we would encourage anyone who is in need of a realtor to contact Greg Cocca, you won't be disappointed.

ZillowVERIFIED Greg Cocca is not only an amazing Real Estate Professional but he is an amazing guy. He went above and beyond for my family and I. After losing a loved one and having to sell the house you grew up in, its so hard. And I'll never be able to say it was easy but Greg was always by our side. Not only at the house helping us clean, and pack stuff up but he would check on us to make sure we're doing okay and ask if we needed anything. We couldn't have done it without him. I highly recommend Greg to everyone!! Thank you Greg. For EVERYTHING.

ZillowVERIFIED Professional, efficient, and effective....that's how we'd describe Greg Cocca. We live in Pennsylvania. Selling our San Diego house might have been a complicated affair. Greg, however, quickly grasped our needs and concerns. Renters on the property hindered showings a bit. Greg remained confident and positive. With our approval, he communicated directly with the renters, property managers, etc and had a potential (and ultimate) buyer within a short time. He kept us well informed and legally protected throughout the process. We have nothing but praise for his efforts on our behalf. He is an excellent agent who was a pleasure to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED Our family used the services of Greg Cocca to sell multiple properties in 2017 and in 2018. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor. He worked with our family to get the most money for all properties. He guided us through the whole process, provided recommendations and went out of his way to ensure that the sales were finalized timely. I would definitely recommend Greg to anyone that is looking for a realtor. In addition, he's a nice guy.

ZillowVERIFIED I have worked with Greg twice now (in 2016 & 2017/18) on the purchase of family homes with/for my two sons in the Del Cerro Bluffs neighborhood. We encountered challenges in both searches. In the 2016 purchase, another buyer first secured the sale. Knowing it was the perfect home for us, Greg monitored the sale and when it fell out of escrow, Greg was quick to ensure that we secured the sale. The purchase/escrow went smoothly and was expertly handled, We were so pleased with the experience that when my younger son wanted to purchase a home, we immediately contacted Greg. There is a high demand for homes in the neighborhood so once again there was competition when we found the perfect home. It, too, presented challenges - most especially from the seller during escrow. Greg provided the perfect buffer for us when the seller did not comply with aspects of the sale contract and ensured completion in a timely manner. He was always available, responsive and acted in a manner that demonstrated his understanding of our needs and wishes. I would absolutely use him again should the need arise.

ZillowVERIFIED We recently found our dream home thanks to working with Greg Cocca. It was a complicated and difficult sale for a few reasons, and I think that we would not have been able to close this home if it hadn't been for Greg's market knowledge, quick action, professionalism, clear communication skills, and tenacity. Thank you, Greg.

ZillowVERIFIED Greg Cocca is great to work with. He greatly assisted me with the sale while I was out of the state, even out of the country. He kept me informed every step of the way. He walked me through the process of the sale, answered my questions, and did everything that he could to ensure I was comfortable. The sale of my house went really smooth because he worked so well with the escrow company and other realtors to get paperwork signed. I am certain he will do everything that he can to make the sale or purchase of your home a great experience.

ZillowVERIFIED If you are looking to sell you home, Greg Cocca is the person you need to see. Greg sold our home in a very short time. He and his staff were very attentive to our needs and made the process very easy for us. My wife and I are stationed and live overseas, yet we did not have to fly home for any reason during the process. The entire time Greg had our best interests and goals in mind, and was able to deliver in excess. We highly recommend Greg Cocca to sell your home. You will not regret it! Gabe and Lalaine

ZillowVERIFIED An opportunity arose to sell a condo in California and do a Starker 1031 Exchange for a Maryland property. Greg was recommended by my Property Manager to handle sale of the condo. Greg removed any apprehensions of selling a property three thousand miles and three time zones away. Phone calls and emails kept us informed with his progress. Tongue-in-cheek - I almost feel cheated, because none of the horror stories of selling a property cross country, ever occurred. This was a direct result of Gregs professionalism, hard work and attention to detail. We highly recommend Greg for all home buying needs and we will use him if we ever want to sell or buy another home in the San Diego area.

ZillowVERIFIED I can't say enough good things about Greg. He is in your court from day one and goes above and beyond the normal responsibilities of a realtor. Greg aggressively negotiating a price drop/credit with the seller that resulted in saving me more than $40K over the life of the loan, introduced me to a lender that beat the best bank rates I could find, coordinated dozens of quotes from contractors to perform work I was planning to do after closing, and even arranged for me to pick up 50 boxes from another of his clients to help me move.I will recommend Greg to anyone I know buying or selling a home and will without a doubt use him for any future Real Estate transactions I am involved with. Thanks for making a normally stressful experience go smoothly, Greg!

ZillowVERIFIED Greg helped us with both the sale and purchase of our homes and as a result and I am very comfortable recommending Greg for your real estate needs. I found Greg to be incredibly knowledgeable with the San Diego County real estate marketplace, patient through the entire process ensuring we found the right house, and an experienced negotiator that walked us through the entire process of both the purchase and sale of our homes. We had been in the market for a specific house and we eventually found it through Greg. He understands the market and was extremely helpful throughout the entire transactions. When I sell or purchase another home Greg is my first call.

ZillowVERIFIED This is a long overdue review! Greg was a wonderful realtor. He took the time to listen to our wish list, answer questions about buying in San Diego, as we are transplants from the east coast, and connected us with a great lending agent. Greg was patient, knowledgeable, and professional. We highly recommend Greg to any home buyer looking for someone who is passionate about being a realtor and who wants to see you in a house that meets your needs and dreams.

ZillowVERIFIED Greg is the best realtor we have ever worked with. This is my second home buying experience and I went through 2 realtors during my first home buying experience. This time Greg was my first and last. He is very professional and takes the time to actually learn what we like and what we dont like. My husband and I also travelled down to San Diego from Menifee, CA to search for homes. He took the time to look at homes for us once he figured out what we wanted which helped a lot because we didnt have to look at a bunch of bad houses. We didnt have to drive an hour and a half every day to look at houses either. I recommend Greg for all your home buying needs and we plan to use him if we ever want to buy another home. (Which we probably wont because Greg found us the perfect house.)
