Our home buying was not the greatest due to not our realtor Greg but with bank issues. He helped us stay calm as he could, To me Greg is great at what he does helping others he went way beyond what he is really supposed to do working with a broker that was not the most effective person hard to get a hold of but Greg was pursuant and did his due diligence with helping us. I have been around Clark County since 1987 and have bought and sold several homes and have been in Real Estate. I sold my previous 2 homes myself. This one however was not occupied and I am glad that I met Greg. He worked hard for me, made many trips out to my home even replacing light bulbs. He is out of Hockinson and I was in La Center so there was a little distance involved. There were several issues that arose from the inspection and Greg was immediately in contact with me and the buyers to iron them out. I had an offer in two days. He acted as our representative since we were out-of-state and did a very professional job, keeping us informed. He kept the other agent working and kept the builder in the loop. We had a tough time finding a contractor as we were totally new to the process and there was quite a bit of learning curve in the whole 'HomePath Renovation Mortgage' process but he was great. When we were approaching the deadline with no contractor in sight, he managed to make a strong case for us with FNMA in giving us an extension on the contract by another three weeks or so.After being in the escrow for over 71+, we finally closed the loan we wanted in time and it was a happy ending.We would highly recommend him to anyone that's looking for an agent in the Vancouver/Camas area

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I found Greg through Zillow. We were looking at houses at 9pm and clicked the interested button and it linked us to Greg. Immediately he responded back via text (the other houses that we clicked aEURoeinterestedaEUR? in took the relators over 2 days to get back with us). We set up a call for the next day and I was very impressed with him. He found out what we wanted over the phone and proceeded to look for the house we wanted in the price range we could afford. We are 1200 miles away and getting relocated to the Vancouver area for work, so going and seeing listings was a challenge for us. Greg went out of his way to help set up houses to view and my wife flew up to look. He picked her up at the airport and in a 6 hour period of time he showed her 4 houses. We ended up liking one of them and made an offer. Greg was extremely helpful with the paperwork and explaining the process (first time home buyers). He worked closely with us getting the right deal and negotiating with the sellers. He even met and supervised the home inspection and appraisal. Greg went back to the house to make sure the repairs were done from the home inspection and even sent pictures to us. Purchasing a house from 1200 miles away Greg made the process painless and I could not have asked for a more helpful and genuinely nice individual throughout the process. I highly recommend using Greg for your home buying experience.

After a few properties, we had a discussion about my criteria and he helped me refine my expectations based on his knowledge of the condo market in Vancouver. After we refined the criteria, we found several properties that fit and we made several offers. Greg was very quick to communicate with me and the seller's agent. When we did get an offer accepted, Greg was present for everything to include the home inspection. Greg was present for contractors when I was not available. Greg helped me find the best mortgage rate by referring me to a local lender. Great experience all around!
