ZillowVERIFIEDWe moved from Washington state and had little knowledge of the Coloradoss real estate market, but Greg guided us through the process and provided us priceless information that helped us to make the correct decision on choosing the perfect house to buy. Greg was quick to respond to any of our (sometimes naive) questions and visited countless homes we were interested in. Greg is straight, not pushy and provides honest opinions, so you can make informed calls. Besides, he is a good soul and friendly, you will certainly have a new friend after the business is done.

ZillowVERIFIED As an out of state buyer, Greg guided me through the process of the purchase of my home. During the whole process, Greg was quick to respond to any of my questions and visit any home I was interested in...done remotely from Florida. He understood my requirements and was supportive when my criteria evolved and changed. Greg is dedicated to what he does and I would recommend him to anyone trying to buy or sell a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Greg was such a huge help in finding my home! We went all over northern Colorado and he was always available to tour homes on quick notice. He was quick to return texts and calls and helped make the entire buying process as easy as it could be. He also had great insight into the different locations in northern Colorado and helped me narrow down where to look. I will definitely use him again if I am ever in the market to buy!

ZillowVERIFIED We are so grateful that we found Greg to help us with our home search in Northern Colorado. After living in So Cal for 40 years, we knew the move would be a little difficult. However, Greg helped us each step of the way with his knowledge of the area. and expertise in the home buying process. He was always professional, prompt to respond to my many calls/texts and showed genuine concern in finding us our home for the next 40 years. Thank you Greg for all your hard work!!Carol & Steve

ZillowVERIFIED Greg was so amazing. He has an honest and solid approach to showing a house. We went through a mild whirl wind with the home we wanted to buy and he was there every step of the way. He gave us information to every resource he could think of, to make our experience as efficient as possible. Greg felt like a person we had know for years, even though we just met him. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone trying to buy a home or sell a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Greg was very helpful in locating the property, getting detailed information on the lot and setting up a site visit. This was especially helpful because the property was in a remote location and took over an hour to reach. He also worked very quickly to finalize the deal.

ZillowVERIFIED Thank you, Greg for helping us sell the Colorado property outside of Drake. I am sure it was difficult at times as we are in different time zones, but with your attention to details and your ability to keep us up to date, the sale went smoothly. I'd recommend others to use you.

ZillowVERIFIED Greg was awesome to work with. Being an out of state buyer, he really did a lot of extra leg work on our behalf to make the decision making process as easy as possible. Additionally, he has the patience of a saint. Again, being an out of state buyer, it was sometime hard to make timely decisions...and there were a number of deals that we cancelled in the process of ultimately finding the right home for us. Instead of getting frustrated with us, he continued to work hard on our behalf.
