You always read online about never to use realtors suggestions for work or inspectors and so on. I can assure you angie has good people to call and suggest. She was very patient with us as we were first time homebuyers with a list of anxiety about the situation like "Whats this?, w Whats going on? Any updates?" this was the same 3 questions I had nearly every single day. When things fell through and we were ready to give up and spend more time in the apartment we hated longer. Angie said "oh no, uh uh let me call you back in 5 mins" and when I tell you Angie has good people contacts. That was the saving grace of us being able to close. Very knowledgeable, Passionate, Patient, and Caring about the Buyer. Because of her we feel like we are able to create memories with our families for the holidays and partys, start a family and just be able to live life and breathe in our new home. For such a large process that I feel like everyone stresses about especially first time home buyers. Angie was the light at the end of the tunnel. Not the property.
