Julie is the best choice if you are looking for a home. There was never a time she was not available to show me a home. Once I told her I wanted the home she went right into action to get us to the closing table. She is very knowledgeable with the entire process and what a good home should entail. Her communication skills with all parties involved made my process seamless. I never had to worry about things because Julie would make sure things got done. She is not afraid to communicate with other agents or lenders in order to get you your home. If you are a first time buyer or a seasoned buyer I 100% recommend choosing Julie as your realtor. Jeremiah was very friendly and gave off fatherly vibes to me. He looked out for my best interest and disclosed any concerns he had with me upfront when shopping for a home. His previous experience in home inspections came handy and he was able to show me signs of damage in a house that I otherwise wouldnt have noticed on my own. He also is not eager to just make a check off of you, he was willing to lower his compensation so I could afford a house that I really liked. Furthermore he works closely with the lender to get as much outside funding as possible for you. I really enjoyed having him as a realtor and will definitely recommend him to family and friends in the future!
