Incredible agent! Honest, fast, responsive, organized, attention to detail, encouraging, and knowledgeable in local life!We began working with Samantha when my husband and I were living in two separate states (military) and looking to purchase our first home in Virginia. We had no knowledge of the area, schools, local life, community, let alone zero knowledge of buying a home. And now were were attempting to do this all remote. Insane? Perhaps. Regardless, we found a home we liked and got hooked up with Samantha on Zillow...and I am so happy we did. From the very first message, Samantha was asking questions to get to know our family and better understand our wants and needs for home buying. It did not feel like business at all, but more so having a conversation with a friend. Since we were doing this all remote, we were dependent on Samantha to visit every home we were interested in. She quickly set up viewing times that worked for both my husband and I since our schedules were conflicting. We placed multiple offers on homes and due to the market, lost many promising homes. This, of course, was discouraging as we were moving to the area in a few weeks. Samantha stuck with us, and encouraged us to continue looking. She took everything into consideration when helping us select a home. Commute, school ratings, community, property value, and our lifestyles. Thanks to her, we found an incredible home in an amazing location that we did not even think we could get! She worked her magic. Not only that, when we finally got to Virginia and were settling in after purchasing, I received messages from Samantha for local events and points of interest to check out. She 100% followed through on everything and was a fantastic agent to work with.
