As first time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions and anxiety about the home buying process, so fortunately Greg explains things with tons of details. He walked us through each step and he shared a bunch of tips about everything from home loans and offer letters to home maintenance, windows, drainage, and yard stuff. Greg is always professional and courteous and responds very quickly and is flexible about scheduling, and he gets along well with listing agents. Greg gave us time and space to search at our own pace, which we greatly appreciate. We'd recommend Greg to anybody looking for friendly, knowledgeable, and effective representation especially if it's your first time.

ZillowVERIFIED We bought our house in Sammamish with Greg Davitte acting as our Real Estate agent. It was a great experience and we got an excellent house at a good price...exactly something that met our requirements. Greg did an incredibly fantastic job. He is a person of uniquely distinctive qualities of high integrity, thoughtful diligence and excellent customer care. We saw many properties over a period of more than a year. We were in town off and on. At times Greg managed video tours for us when we were away, and in person tours when we were in town. Gregs views on properties were always honest, informative and candid. Working with Greg was a pleasure and delight. We made four offers...fourth one being successful. We never ever felt the slightest bit of pressure. And if there was any issue we missed with the house, Greg identified it to us irrespective of the fact that it may kill the deal. It is worth mentioning that on one house we were prepared to sign an offer when Greg identified to us that a portion of that house which was built later, while has permit, never got the final inspection from the city. We dropped making that offer. Having retained many real estate agents to buy and sell houses over past three decades, I can say without any hesitation that Greg Davitte is the absolute best of those that are out there.
