ZillowVERIFIEDGreg helped us tremendously in our recent purchase. Very responsive, considerate, good advice during negotiation. Helped us with last-minute requests and need to see the property at odd times. Respectful of our process; encouraging, providing thoughtful advice without ever being pushy. 100% recommended!

ZillowVERIFIED I really liked having Greg for my Real Estate Professional. He guided me well through the selling process, answered all my questions/concerns in a knowledgable, timely, and professional manner, and had lots of patience with me. I thought he was listing my house way too high, but it sold for $20,000 over that !! Greg has the type of personality that I like working with. He's not overbearing and seems to really care about people and enjoy working with them.

ZillowVERIFIED I came to know Greg through Zillow. Within a few hours we were meeting and looking at townhouses in my chosen area. After seeing a couple of places Greg knew what I was looking for and what features were important to me. Greg connected me with a broker that knew the ins and outs of VA loan process. When a new unit came on the market I had an email with the MLS the same day even when I was out of town. I settled on a townhouse right where I wanted to be. During the escrow process I had no concerns, everything was handled professionally. Greg made the entire experience as easy as possible.

ZillowVERIFIED Great at getting back at you and always willing to help you in any way he can! We were moving from CA and we contacted Greg over the phone and he took the time to ask us questions and find out more about us in order to find the right home we were looking for. We were able to rent a great condo and a very fair price, we were and are still very pleased with our home. I def recommend contacting Greg for your realtor needs. Thanks again.

ZillowVERIFIED Although Greg knew we were not quite ready to downsize, he listened to our requirements, and spent time researching properties available to give us an idea of what to expect in the future. We will definitely use him for future real estate transactions.

ZillowVERIFIED I've only started the beginning process of possible relocation, just looking at places and learn it about the different areas; but from working from a distance everything's been really smooth. I didn't review the other two areas because my husband and I aren't at that process. :)

ZillowVERIFIED I'm moving to Seattle to from the east coast. I couldn't travel out to see apartments but Greg helped me find potential places and even did video tours of the places.

ZillowVERIFIED Overall, Greg has been phenomenal. We found him while looking at a property at the very beginning of our moving process. He took note of what we did and did not want, and was able to find a perfect place that had everything that we were looking for, even below our original budget. He is incredibly professional, answered all of our (many) questions, and was an incredible help throughout the entire experience. I would recommend Greg to everyone I know.

ZillowVERIFIED Greg has been working with me for several months to find a place in our price range near Redmond, WA. His communication skills are excellent. He spent time to understand what our needs were and presented us with a good number of condominiums that were a great match for our situation. When he was going to be out-of-town, he made sure we had contact information and a stream of new listings to review.Greg set up our home tours so we had an efficient route and advance information regarding the places we'd see.We had conflict within our family about what type of place would best suit us. Greg was respectful of our situation and careful not to chose sides or offer opinions on what was clearly a family disagreement.I will happily recommend Greg to anyone who is looking for an experienced, knowledgable, empathetic realtor to help with the home search. And I look forward to working with him again when my husband and I are ready to retire in the beautiful Northwest.

ZillowVERIFIED Greg was very helpful in our housing search. He made sure he had a clear picture of what we wanted and easily adapted to changes when we made them. There were a few last minute calls to see homes and he generally was able to accommodate us.
