Greg is communicative, quick to respond, quick to get you an answer and if he doesn?t have it, he gets back to you with it in less than 24 hrs. He?s organized and all business if need be. He treated me like family and I love that. He gives it to me straight and doesn?t sugar coat things. He still follows up with me even tho I?m not working with him anymore! ZillowVERIFIED Greg helped us purchase our current home in 2015. His tenacity is unmatched - he was finding houses for us to view before I could even come across them in my search. He made buying our home seamless and fun. At the time of buying our house, I owned a town house that we decided to rent out. When the tenants moved out, I decided it was time to sell it. I reached out to Greg and he was over at the town house the same day to provide tips on what items we should address to make it most marketable. Once those were taken care of, we moved forward with listing. He listed it on a Sunday and it had an offer the following Tuesday (9 days!!). Greg walked us through all the steps of the selling process and we have officially close on the sale, just 7 weeks after listing it. I don?t give this review just because everything happened so fast - I realize this process can take a bit more time in other instances. Even if it had taken longer, Greg would have been taking the necessary action every step of the way. He is a genuinely kind person and such a pleasure to work with. I can?t say enough great things about him. He knows his business and great customer service!!

He managed the sale of the home after we had moved out of state. He kept us up to date on market conditions leading up to the sale. He was responsive to our inquiries throughout the sale process. He arranged for the contractors to remediate the deficiencies in the home and a settlement agent to come to our home in our new state.
