ZillowVERIFIEDHe claimed to an expert on raw land. Signed a contract with him to sell a large parcel. During the length of the contract, I never heard from him once. The land was severely overpriced when compared to what other parcels were going for. He made a lot of promises before I signed a contract and became a ghost after that.My next realtor called me with updates regularly and gave me a TON of advice. He had a buyer for me after 4 months.

ZillowVERIFIED I found Mr Lantz to be more interested in his own personal business and than making sure that we received the best service. In our walk through, he was looking at his phone the entire time and was not interested in that the place was filthy, repaired items not properly repaired and we ended up with multiple windows that did not work. He took advantage of us being in a situation where we could not reject the conition of the home. He did not put himself out there for our benefit. It seemed all he wanted was to make the sale.

ZillowVERIFIED A very nice guy but when we didn't find what we wanted the first time we saw him we never heard from him again. We let him know exactly what we were looking for but he seems to have given up on us after the first meeting.

ZillowVERIFIED Gordon worked with us for over 10 months to find us our property in a limited availability area. We found him to be an excellent communicator!, honest, and knowledgeable of the type of property we wanted. When he didn't know, he contacted professionals who could answer, and then communicated it back to us. He is trust worthy and if you choose him as your agent you will find a really nice person. I recommend him without reservation.

ZillowVERIFIED I am pretty much a skeptic, and this was my first attempt a purchasing a home, I can honestly say that I couldn't have asked for a better Realtor to work with! Gordon was very knowledgeable about the available properties, the areas around town, and negotiation processes on bank owned properties like the one I bought. I don't know anyone who has bought a home with as easy a process as I did. In the end it was the 1st house he showed me, (we did look at others but started off with the best), at the 1st price offered, with only 1 counter that we met in the middle on. I have already given Gordon's contact information out to friends, family, and even a co-worker, who are all looking so it's safe to say that I would HIGHLY recommend Gordon.

ZillowVERIFIED Gordon was responsive, had good local knowledge, and helped me understand the selling process. He utilized the social networks to make sure our home was getting noticed by sellers. The best thing of all is that it finally got sold!

ZillowVERIFIED Gordon has been a pleasure to work with. He makes you feel relaxed because he is genuinely trying to help you find the best home, not just trying to sell you any old place like other agents I've dealt with.

ZillowVERIFIED Gordon was incredibly accessible and patient as he showed us 12+ properties on our home search. He has a low-key, no pressure approach to the process and was very friendly during every interaction and genuinely cares for his clients and their needs.

ZillowVERIFIED I have known Gordon since 2005 and have had several business dealings with him. I found him to be very professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. He recently showed me a Ranch property that I was quite interested in..I would recommend Gordon to anyone seeking the help of a real, meticulous agent.
