ZillowVERIFIEDHe claimed to an expert on raw land. Signed a contract with him to sell a large parcel. During the length of the contract, I never heard from him once. The land was severely overpriced when compared to what other parcels were going for. He made a lot of promises before I signed a contract and became a ghost after that.My next realtor called me with updates regularly and gave me a TON of advice. He had a buyer for me after 4 months.

ZillowVERIFIEDI found Mr Lantz to be more interested in his own personal business and than making sure that we received the best service. In our walk through, he was looking at his phone the entire time and was not interested in that the place was filthy, repaired items not properly repaired and we ended up with multiple windows that did not work. He took advantage of us being in a situation where we could not reject the conition of the home. He did not put himself out there for our benefit. It seemed all he wanted was to make the sale.
