ZillowVERIFIED We just relocated to GA from CA and Ginger was recommended to us. With out meeting her but just speaking with her over the phone we knew right away we would be in great hands. We had 48 hours to find a home and Ginger made that happen. She was organized and had the right houses lined up for us to see. I will use Ginger again & highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy hardworking honest agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Always available on weekends to show property at a time of day convenient for me. My search was confined to one area. Pointed out things that I did not notice.

ZillowVERIFIED Ginger was fantastic! This was my first time purchasing a home and I couldn't be happier to have worked with such an awesome Realtor. She definitely looks after her clients by consistently watching the market and getting to know you as a buyer. I only looked at a few homes before she found the perfect one for me. I would highly recommend working with Ginger and hope to work with her again in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Ginger was an Amazing agent from the beginning till the end. This was our first home and we didn't have a large budget but Ginger made us feel like we were spending a million dollars. She was very attentive and very detailed. Any question we had she had an answer right away. To us we felt she went well above and beyond the duty of an agent. We had some difficulties in the closing process and she was right there trying to get us through it nice and smooth. When we closed we were actually sad it was over cause she was nice and helpful. I would highly recommend Ginger to anyone trying to buy a home and we would for use her again when it's time to sell and buy.

ZillowVERIFIED Ginger worked with me in 2009. Before purchasing my condo, we looked in many different areas; and Ginger was extremely knowledgeable about each area. She made me very comfortable during this process, and I would not hesitate to recommend her to my family and friends when they are looking for a new home. It was a pleasure getting to know Ginger.

ZillowVERIFIED Ginger helped us find the perfect house. We were really picky and she just trucked along and continued to show us houses, until we found the beautiful one we are in now. I would not only recommend her to EVERYONE, but I will use her when we get ready to sell our house also!

ZillowVERIFIED Ginger is our number person we turn to for real estate needs since 2009. She is honest, knowledgeable, and always makes you feel like you are her only client. When family members or friends are looking for a real estate agent, My husband and I do not hesitate in highly recommending Ginger Domenico. We have personally worked with her for the rental of our property. She has successfully found tenants for our home that have fulfilled their lease from beginning to end. My husband and I live out of state and Ginger has always given us peace of mind when handling the move in and move out of tenants for our home. In the future when we decide to sell our home Ginger will be our listing agent. There is no other agent that we have ever worked with that is like Ginger. She is definitely one of the few agents out there that really cares about her clients and not the money.

ZillowVERIFIED My relationship with Ginger began when I was living in Mississippi and needed to find a home in Georgia. A friend recommended Ginger and what a treasure! She was always willing to go the extra mile even on homes that seemed risky or potentially challenging to acquire. She is intelligent, professional and competent in the field of real estate. She ultimately helped us find a piece of land and build a home. For the entire year it took to build it, Ginger was present and on top of the contract and many changes it went through. She even kept the realtor on the seller side informed and communicated effectively to ensure a successful closing. From beginning to end, Ginger was phenomenal.

ZillowVERIFIED We have had the pleasure of using this realtor twice- Once when we moved to the Atlanta area from out of state as we searched for a rental and a second time when we were ready to buy a permanent home. Ginger was our saving grace when we moved here from South Carolina. My husband and I didn't know the area and we only had a weekend to come up and view potential homes. Her knowledge of the area and understanding of our needs as a family was remarkable. She navigated us to a gorgeous condo in a safe community. A year later, when we were ready to buy a home, she was fantastic. We were working on a small budget, but she worked tirelessly to show us home after home. She was patient, thorough, and accessible. There is no one else we would rather work with or recommend to friends.

ZillowVERIFIED We relocated from Connecticut to Georgia and when it came time to shop for a new home we had a very limited time frame to look, approximately 4 days. Ginger listened to what our needs/wants were and presented nightly emails of homes in our targeted areas so we could make a decision on whether we wanted to see the homes the following day while we were in town. She shared her knowledge of commuting times for different towns. She also made arrangements for us to see a home at our request that we had seen independently while looking online. When we found "the one", she helped us through the buying process as it was different from what our experience of home buying was in Connecticut. She attended the home inspection in our place. She went above and beyond when it became necessary to follow up on a fixture issue to make sure that all parties were adhering to the sales agreement. She worked closely with our lender and made sure that everyone involved was aware of the time line for the closing. She truly was an advocate for us at every step of the process and we would highly recommend her.
