ReviewI worked with Stacey Parm, a member of the Ginger Baxter Group, in buying a newly constructed home. We initially lived in another state and throughout the process of buying and building our home (before we moved and after we moved to MI), Stacey was there for us. She quickly got answers to our questions, worked with the builder taking them our concerns and requests and keeping us informed along the way. I truly felt she had our interests at heart and it made the long distance process of buying and building our home easier. I would definitely work with Stacey again if I needed a realtor.

Review Working with Peyton Baxter was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Buying a home can feel very stressful but Peyton made the entire process smooth and clear. She listened to all of our needs and answered every question we had. Her knowledge of the local market gave us total peace of mind. We always felt like her top priority. When it came time to make an offer and navigate the closing process, their expertise and guidance gave us total confidence. If you need a dedicated, caring, and expert real estate team I definitely recommend Ginger and Peyton!

Review Jacqueline Parrish-Smart, who works for Ginger Baxter Group, was marvelous! We were looking for a place on the opposite side of the state and she exceeded our expectations of any realtor to get to know our preferences and needs! She visited potential homes for us and sent great videos so we could see more than what was on line. When we finally found a place we could love, she walked us through everything that needed to be done. Thank You Jacqueline!

Review I hired Ginger Baxter to help buy my first home, and while the transaction closed without any major disasters, I'm left with mixed feelings. She was responsive from the start, knew the local market well, and handled the paperwork and negotiations efficiently enough that we got into a decent house in a reasonable timeframe. However, several things made me uncomfortable along the way. Ginger was extremely quick to build a aEURoewere friendsaEUR? vibe asking lots of personal questions about my income stability, family plans, and how far I could realistically stretch financially. Whenever I found a solid property within my pre-approval range, shed gently talk me out of it with lines like aEURoeThis one will tie you down you deserve room to growaEUR? or aEURoeBetween us, there are some issues here that arent obvious.aEUR? She repeatedly guided me toward more expensive listings, a few of which had connections to her own brokerage or seemed to move faster than others on the market. Questions about her commission structure, whether any properties involved dual agency, or why she was steering me away from certain homes were met with polished, evasive answers and that trademark warm smile. She also discouraged a full home inspection on one option (aEURoeIts basically new save the moneyaEUR?) and pushed to get an offer in quickly before I could dig deeper into the disclosures. After closing, the follow-up was mostly about referring friends and family so she could aEURoedo the same great job for them.aEUR? Ginger clearly knows how to close deals and get results, but the whole experience left me wondering whether I was truly her priority or just another client being funneled toward the highest-commission outcome for her and her network. She delivered the basics well enough, but Id advise anyone considering her to stay vigilant, do your own research, and keep your budget and boundaries firm.

Review The Ginger Baxter group exceeded our expectations. We had been given a recommendation from a friend who had used the Ginger Baxter group for buying and selling their home. Our experience was the same. They were very knowledgeable, professional, and were very responsive to our questions and reassuring that our house would sell quickly. We were extremely pleased and happy with the outcome.

Review My wife and I worked with Jacqueline Smart as our buyers agent when trying to find a home. We had very stringent requirements for our future home and Jacqueline worked hard to understand those needs and requirements and worked with us tirelessly till we found and bought the right home that fit our needs. As an agent, she was phenomenal. Of the dozens of agents Ive worked with in Michigan over the past 20 years, she is the most dedicated, hard working buyers agent Ive worked with to date. I highly recommend Jacqueline and the Ginger Baxter Group to anyone looking for a home.

Review Ginger was knowledgeable about the Rockford area where we were planning to purchase. She was great about communicating via our preferred methods during the workday (email and text) and always made herself available for calls during this stressful time for us. In the end, Ginger helped us find a home we love in a great area, and listed the home we were selling and had us a full price offer within two days of listing!
