We worked with Michael Hinchliffe from the Gina Thibeault team. We brought Michael on very late in the house selling process, and he didn't even break a sweat as he took over and got our house listed and ready to sell within a week's notice. We ended up getting a great offer after a single weekend of an open house. I highly recommend Michael and the rest of his team (Laura and Christine), they were very open and honest with us and also extremely responsive when we had any sort of question. Michael is local to Georgetown, so that was even better in my view.Great team, highly recommended!

Exceptional in every way, there is truly no better realtor than Gina Thibeault and her team - Gina & Associates Realty Group - is superb. Gina provided expert guidance on the market, supremely solid and practical advice on how to best prepare our historic home for sale including listing price, prioritizing what to do to get ready, connecting us with a phenomenal stager and photographer, orchestrating the open house (with such kindness to make it as stress free to us and our animals - so important to us). Throughout the entire process - and beyond (tapping into her incredible network to help us in our relocation to CT, following up with us after the sale, sending us tax documentation nearly a year after our sale). Gina was wonderful representing us in the sale of our home. She was kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Very responsive when we had questions as we had never sold a home before.
