Part excellent Real Estate Professional, part therapist, part wonderful human! From the first contact Gina was amazing. I am a first-time home buyer moving from an older, less modern home outside of the city limits, moving to a newer home inside the city limits. Gina not only asked me what I wanted but she helped educate me about things I did not know I wanted. She was attentive, communicative, patient, honest, and intelligent. She was not afraid to express an opinion that a property was "over-priced", "underpriced", or to flat out tell me that "I could do better". She told me in the beginning that she would not let me buy a house that did not meet my needs because I was impressed with the price. Given the current market at the beginning of 2023 it was an interesting process to say the least. We actually submitted 2 offers on 2 different properties and she was impressive at balancing being aggressive without being pushy with sellers' agent. We lost one and got the next home- Thanks solely to Gina's negotiation and knowledge of area and the market. Gina communicated with the sellers' agent, the bank, the title company, and everyone involved to make things happen. When my bank was extra efficient and there was an opportunity to move the closing date up, Gina was not afraid to seize it and do the extra footwork/paperwork to close the deal 2 weeks earlier than previously scheduled. Her husband, Mike, was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful when viewing properties. He patiently explained aspects of systems that I may not be familiar with, like future maintenance and how things worked, that there are companies that I could hire if I needed help. Both of them were AMAZING. They always had a smile, a great attitude, and they laughed at my bad jokes! As Gina said "they are not other Relators" and they made me feel like I was their sole client and that my business was appreciated (even though I was on the lower end of the budget spectrum). They offered help to me at every step, including signing closing documents, home inspections, and a list of companies that they or clients have worked with previously. As we finished our business Gina offered the platitude to let them know if I needed any help. I honestly think that it was 100% genuine and if I called them 6 months from today they would offer me help. Wonderful people and a wonderful experience.
