She did this by listening to me, giving me the best advice on price and negotiation, providing a home staging expert, and connecting me with excellent contractors to do the quick improvement work my house needed to look its best. Geva was great at advertising and the open house too. She really gave my home the attention it needed to move quickly. Then, she helped me through the whole process of the inspection and repair, again with great contractors. As a first-time homebuyer, I didn't understand all the pieces of the process, and she helped me understand how each piece protected me as a buyer.On the financial side, it was a stretch for me to move from renting to ownership.
