Gerri Russell

I grew up in southern New Jersey and graduated from Rutgers University with a degree in Accounting. Eighteen years ago I chose Charlottesville as home. My love of the mountains as well as cultural and educational opportunities brought me here. A country lifestyle and the amenities of our area have made me a lifelong resident. My real estate career began thirty years ago in Real Estate Appraisal working in the area of both residential and commercial properties. The natural next step was as an Agent where I specialized in new construction and established working relations with a number of builders. Additionally, my extensive background in the field includes having worked as a Settlement Agent for both a Title Company and an Attorney. My knowledge, expertise and professionalism serves me well as an Agent with Avenue Realty, LLC. My enthusiasm and profound enjoyment of working with people in pursuit of their real estate needs makes me a pleasure to work with. I am now certified as a Graduate, Real Estate Institute (GRI), an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), and a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES).
