I've worked with Gerald for almost 6 years now. That's how long it took me to commit to the house that was right for me. In 6 years, not once did he try to steer me in one direction or another to get a quick sale. Throughout that time, he would send me new houses to look at and arrange showing after showing. And the house I bought? After 6 years, I've learned that you absolutely cannot underestimate the importance of having someone like Gerald--with all of the experience he brings to the table--in your corner, looking over a potential house with you, negotiating on your behalf with another agent, arranging inspections for you... I could go on and on.Lastly, Gerald still takes all of my calls and texts and makes sure I'm set up for whatever comes next with this house that I'm in now. If we ever decide to sell, I will be going back to Gerald and his team.

He is very diligent and hardworking to get you the house, area, and approval needed to purchase the home of your dreams. We tried previously two times prior and began to get very frustrated with process. This caused us to just stop and not even want to become a homeowner. I started out with a different realtor when I began my house search. Although I had not a clue about buying a house, things werent going the way I thought that they should be going. I was on FB one day and somehow came across a post with Gerald. I read all of the reviews on him and everyone had nothing but great things to say about him. After, watching his work (Him posting about helping someone buy/sell a home) for a while, I decided to reach out to him. June 2019 (maybe a little sooner) I started my journey and on 12/19 I was closing on and moving in to my new home. Gerald was very knowledgeable of what was being asked of him. He was very attentive to me and my situation despite everything else he had going on. I mean, he broke every number, every detail, just any and everything down for me. Even when I cried because I felt like it was just not going to happen for me, he assured me that it was. I was very pleased with his services. Now when I hear people talk about buying or even wanting to start the journey of buying, he is the first person I name.
