George has been nothing but patient with us and extremely helpful in showing us what every neighborhood has to offer. His knowledge of Seattle and the adjoining cities is incredible. We knew we wanted to be in a good school district and with a relatively short commute, but didn't pinpoint a neighborhood. He would take us through neighborhoods so we could get a good feel for the community, suggest local restaurants, tell us about the history and give us information about where the neighborhood was trending. He was able to take that criteria and get a good feel for what we really needed for our family and make suggestions. The market is so hot that often times we would be really frustrated with the selection and he would help encourage us not to give up on the things we wanted. George also counseled us on making fair price offers that would make sense in the long run. We originally had a company appointed relocation agent that was awful and the difference between her knowledge and responsiveness is like night and day. George always responds within 24 hours, but more than likely within 5 minutes. He even took a skype call from me while vacationing in Europe.
