ReviewThe Military moved us from the East Coast to Arizona, my home state and my husband and I decided that its a great place to look for a potential forever home! At first, the thought of having a realtor wad not on our mind as weve heard stories of most being pushy and for themselvesaEUR| so we didnt know what to expect but we crossed paths with Jake via Zillow and he has been the perfect agent we couldve asked for! We were met with EXTREME patience, understanding of our decisions even if a day was full of looking at homes we didnt end up liking. Through our changes in what we wanted in a home and timing, he was there through it all! Though we connected through Zillow during our home search, my husband and I had also been going to new build communities. When we decided on a home with a builder, they told us we werent allowed to have Jake work with us through the process. Even though we were basically set for the home, Jake continued to check up on us and provide us with resources since weve requested. Didnt know anything about home buying. When life things started to hit the fan and we had to pull out of the first home, Jake was there to help us with their new goals. Sticking with us, even though it wouldnt have benefited him that first round , says so much about the kind of person Jake is. As I mentioned before, we value everything about Jakes work and positivity through it. His willingness to show us homes with so much patience was great. We in no way felt pressured while looking at any home. He would give us advice about homes that were clearly not the right ones. He could tell they werent and he made sure we knew the pros and cons. You may have heard of crazy/rushing realtors but Jake is all about his clients! Hes not looking to just make a sale, hes looking to help others make huge decisions. Theres so much we can say about how great Jake treated us from the very first day and beyond our closing day. We will always recommend him when friends or family are in need of a realtor. Review Erica was absoutely phenomenal to work with during the entire rental process of our home. My husband is an active duty military member and we had recieved orders for a short-notice move in the spring of 2025. A few months prior, we met Erica by happenstance during a walk in our neigborhood and came across the open house she was showing. The decision to walk in and connect with her would turn out to be such a blessing to us shortly after. Once we had offical orders, we remembered Erica and connected with her right away to help us rent out our home. From that first conversation, to the moment we signed paperwork, Erica was the peak of professionalism throughout. She helped us get the house ready to show, filed our paperwork seemlessly, and was ever so diligent in finding us the right tenant who would take care of our home. We moved before we had the house rented, but Erica was excellent at keeping us informed during the whole process. We trusted her wholeheartedly to dot every "i" and cross every "t" in our behalf. Despite this being a fairly rushed move, it was one of the most seamless experiences we ever had. Which, to be frank, is not a very common occurance for us with how often we are expected to move. For that alone, we are so endebted to Erica and wouldn't hesitate to refer her to any of our close friend's or family. In summary, you will absoutely not regret entrusting Erica with your home needs. If we decide to sell, we're calling Erica straight away!

We started our process with first our 1st Realator about 6 months ago and it didnt go so well. Our property sat with zero scheduled showings and very little interest from the 2 open houses we had. Review Tanya worked with me about 5 or 6 weeks until we found a home that fit my style. I needed an agent that was there when I needed them and she was a good choice. I was renting for a while and felt it was time to buy, Tanya was knowledgeable about the area and price ranges, we checked about 35 homes and found one in a great development. Prospective buyers should make sure theyre pre qualified and have good credit.

She assisted with finding a home within days and negotiated effectively on a bid to a property owner who already had competitive offer. The team of lenders and title professionals she recommended were excellent and she showed great leadership in making all the pieces work. Even on closing day she quickly resolved miscommunications with the lender and escrow company on some escrow items. She stepped in to do the little things that become a nuisance when purchasing remotely including watching the property for a few weeks until I was able to move. While being the penultimate professional she also had positive energy that was great to be around.

Review We used Michelle to buy our house back in 2021. It was a CRAZY time! Houses were flying off the market and the buyer's offers had to be very competitive. She was on point with negotiations and effectively handling the process expeditiously. Michelle helped us to persuade the sellers to choose our family (they had multiple offers) by having us write personal letters and working closely with the seller's agent. For a stressful time- Michelle made the process comfortable and seamless. She also has great knowledge of the phoenix area as well as the current market trends. We highly recommend Michelle and will use her next time we need to move!

Review After a five-hour drive, which was extended due to unforeseen road conditions, we were scheduled to view properties. I maintained communication with Tanya regarding my updated arrival time. Upon being two minutes from my destination, I received a text from her stating she had departed and canceled our subsequent tours, despite them being an hour away and only ten minutes from my current location. My attempts to contact her for clarification were met with rejected calls, and I subsequently discovered I had been blocked. This level of service was unexpected and disappointing for both my husband and me, especially given that our interactions were professional and courteous.

Jazmin made such a great impression because she is friendly, patient, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. We didn't pursue buying that first house she showed us, and Jazmin never tried to push us in any way after that. Recently, we came across a home on Zillow that we wanted to see as more serious buyers, and Jazmin was right there for us.
