Born to State Department parents, I've lived in Morocco, Cameroon, South Africa, Miami, and England, but Northern Virginia has always been home. Before real estate, I spent 15 years as a Government Contractor supporting national security programs. That experience shaped my professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to service--qualities I bring to every client relationship. Geoffrey was extremely helpful and professional throughout our homebuying process. We were first-time homebuyers and he was always willing to explain concepts to us. We worked with him for multiple months as we iterated through our preferences. He was very supportive when we came in town for a house-hunting trip and needed to buy a house within a week since we were out-of-town buyers. He was very responsive - corresponding with us over the weekend, and responding late at night during the house hunting trip. He offered all-in-one services to ease the process, recommending a lender, home inspection - home, termite, radon, settlement services, home warranty, even cleaning services. His services made our home-buying process smooth. During the negotiations, he was very reasonable and advocated for us, and represented our best interests well while keeping us aware of realistic market conditions.
