Jen, Geoff and Kelli are specialists in the West Garden Grove area, and provided us with all the information that we needed to make the decision to list the house, price it appropriately and get top dollar for the house. They flyer and photos on various websites showed the house and property to it's very best advantage. My elderly mother was still living in the house while it was for sale, and Jen and Kelli especially went above and beyond to make sure that she was comfortable and SAFE throughout the whole experience. Anything we struggled with, Team Tackney stepped in to help us get it done. The open houses that they held were very well attended, and they kept the showings to windows that my mom was comfortable with. We received multiple offers, and Team Tackney effectively managed them so that we would get top dollar (well above asking). Geoff and Jen were also very helpful through the after sale negotiations (pest control, etc.) It's clear that everyone on Team Tackney really loves what they do, and I felt like they really cared about us. Unfortunately I had a very difficult tenant but Geoff and Jen were there to help take care of things. After putting my condo back up for sale, Team Tackney had it sold within 2 weeks. The process was a lot easier than I had experienced in the past with other realtors. The team took care of everything that I asked them to take care of and they were very helpful when I didn't feel comfortable and really needed their expertise. After I couldn't get my condo sold back in 2015, I was looking for a realtor that was aggressive but fair and honest and I went with Team Tackney after Geoff followed up with me; I'm glad that I did. Team Tackney know the area well and have a lot of contacts to help with any issues. They are very good at communicating via phone, text, or email and are up to date in the latest of signing off on secure documents via the online process. ZillowVERIFIED In 2006 Geoff Tackney sold my home for more than the homes in the area were selling at the time. We sold the house in 1 month. I used Jen Tackney as my agent recently when I sold my loft in downtown Los Angeles and brought my retirement home in Laguna Woods. Again I was able to sell my loft in one month time for more than I purchased it in 2007. Jen took me to several homes in Laguna Woods and whenever I wanted to look she was right there. What I liked about Jen and Geoff is that they had my interest at heart. Some real estate agents that I have worked with in the past, have attempted to get you to lower the price of your home so that they could make a quick sell. Not Jen and Geoff. Plus with the puchase of my new home Jen reminded me of the resell value of this purchase when I was making my decision to buy a home. I could not be happier.
