Jason was referred to me by my agent in Jacksonville, FL. Jason has been a star! Due some health reasons my initial search for a home in the greater Charlottesville area was delayed. When I was ready to move forward with my relocation, Jason was very forth giving of his time and expertise. He made sure I was notified of any new listings as they came to market. He made himself available to discuss the pros and cons of any listings I was interested in. Because I was out of town, Jason did many of the initial inspections for me. Then, before I actually made an offer on the house I now own, Jason arranged for me to actually see the house in person, along with several others. He was able to schedule all these tours in succession, so I could make the most of my trip to the Charlottesville area. Once I made my final decision, Jason was able to negotiate a great deal for me, including several uncommon conditions since I was moving from one state to another. I couldn't be happier with the service Jason, and his team, provided during the entire process. I would absolutely recommend Jason to anyone in need of a real estate agent in the greater Charlottesville area.

I have bought and sold a few houses with Jason. He is amazing. Jason makes the stress of selling and buying a home SO much less stressful. He takes the process as slow or as fast as you feel comfortable, and explains everything thoroughly along the way. He will be direct and honest, yet still remember to be patient, sensitive, and reassuring. If a question is ever asked and he does not know the exact answer, he will make the effort to find out the answer for you as soon as possible. And when things sometimes get sticky, as they sometimes do in real estate, he remains calm and advises me accordingly. Thanks to Jason, we have found our forever home. We moved out of state, then listed our house so everything was done remotely. Jason handled a few hiccups, (even going to Lowes a few times to make some repairs) and made the whole process easy. Start to finish, we could not possibly have had a better experience with Jason, who we worked with to sell our home. He was referred to us by a neighbor, who also had an incredibly positive experience with him. We lived in a bungalow in Belmont, that we lovingly took down to the studs and built back up ourselves. It was a small home, but we believed it had intangibles that increased its value. We met with other realtors, who didnt see the same value in our home, and Jason was the first who saw the charm and character in our house, and took the time to thoughtfully and confidently come up with a pricing range, over $100k higher than other realtors. Jason was thorough while quickly helping us get our home on the market, as we had a tight timeline. We had multiple offers within 48 hours and the home ended up selling for more than asking price, even with an appraisal gap which Jason helped us negotiate ahead of time. As first-time home-sellers, we owe that to Jasons patience in walking us through the process and his strategic pricing and marketing plan. Jason was incredibly professional start to finish, and did a great job communicating with all parties involved. On top of it all, Jason is just a very kind person and helped us navigate all of the emotions that came with selling a home we cared deeply about.
