Jason was truly such a crucial teammate on our home buying journey. He greeted us with kindness, respect, and never ending patience during the multi-year long journey of touring houses in our hometown. Jason was referred to me by my agent in Jacksonville, FL. Jason has been a star! Due some health reasons my initial search for a home in the greater Charlottesville area was delayed. When I was ready to move forward with my relocation, Jason was very forth giving of his time and expertise. He made sure I was notified of any new listings as they came to market. He made himself available to discuss the pros and cons of any listings I was interested in. Because I was out of town, Jason did many of the initial inspections for me. Then, before I actually made an offer on the house I now own, Jason arranged for me to actually see the house in person, along with several others. He was able to schedule all these tours in succession, so I could make the most of my trip to the Charlottesville area. Once I made my final decision, Jason was able to negotiate a great deal for me, including several uncommon conditions since I was moving from one state to another. I couldn't be happier with the service Jason, and his team, provided during the entire process. I would absolutely recommend Jason to anyone in need of a real estate agent in the greater Charlottesville area.
