Finally frustrated I reached out to Garrett. He was confident he could get a buyer at a good price. Even with it on the MLS it showed to be a difficult listing but time persisted and he continued to advertise and update the listing as needed. Eventually a deal was brokered and it did require quite a bit of negotiating but he sealed the deal. I am very happy with the outcome.

Our first meeting was great as it was used to get a feel for what the King County market was doing as we weren't quite ready to move yet. Side note: this was our first real estate purchase. He was very helpful at explaining the process and what would be required of us. Fast-forward to this Fall, we were back on the market after taking a break and we instantly got in lock-step with Garrett. When I came across Garrett our home (which was listed with another agent) had been on the market for over 6 months, the price had been reduced a large amount and we still werent getting many viewings, let alone offers. Immediately after speaking with him it was readily apparent that he knew what he was talking about, was very professional and was very knowledgeable about my particular market. So we signed up. Immediately , within approximately 3 days not only was my home re-listed on the market but was accompanied with new, spectacular photos to include drone shots. They even went the extra mile and within the same time brought in a stager that took up our carpet and staged the home beautifully.
