About Garo Bakirci
Licensed since the age of 18, Garo grew up around real estate and began his career working alongside his father, a respected broker and mortgage loan originator. From an early age, he learned that real estate is not just about property. It is about timing, strategy, communication, negotiation, and helping people make some of the most important financial decisions of their lives.
Before fully dedicating himself to real estate, Garo spent nearly a decade working with children with autism, an experience that sharpened his patience, attention to detail, listening skills, and ability to understand people on a deeper level. Today, those same qualities guide the way he works with buyers, sellers, and investors. He takes the time to understand each client's goals, concerns, motivations, and long-term plans before building a strategy around them.
With nearly two decades of experience in Southern California real estate, Garo has worked through shifting markets, changing interest rates, competitive offer situations, complex negotiations, and a wide range of buyer and seller scenarios. His background allows him to give clients clear guidance without pressure, helping them make confident decisions in a market that can often feel overwhelming.
Garo's approach is straightforward: be honest, be prepared, communicate clearly, and protect the client's best interests at every step. Whether helping a first-time buyer, a move-up seller, a downsizing homeowner, or a family navigating a major life transition, he focuses on making the process as smooth, informed, and strategic as possible.
A longtime resident of the San Fernando Valley, Garo has watched the area grow and change through the eyes of both a local and a real estate professional. His clients value his local insight, calm guidance, negotiation skills, and hands-on approach from the first conversation through closing.
Outside of real estate, Garo enjoys photography, videography, guitar, fitness, travel, and creating content that helps educate clients and the community.
