?? ?? ?? ?? ?? Garland and Prime Residential are simply the best in the DMV! Garland?s professionalism as realtor is unmatched with over two decades of experience as a realtor and broker. He listened to my buying criteria and located the perfect residential property while connecting me with an amazing local lender. Garland successfully negotiated a deal with favorable terms in a hot market with multiple offers. Five-star worthy service and would recommend to anyone looking to buy in the DMV!

Garland was very professional and informative about the home buying process. He also provided many resources for first time home buyers. The resources resulted in lower closing cost and grants to fund the initial down payment.
