ZillowVERIFIEDWe purchased our house approximately six months ago, and we have been thoroughly enjoying it. Our realtor, Galina Kovalenko, provided an exceptional experience. She consistently made time to show us potential homes that aligned with our preferences. Her understanding of our desires enabled her to maintain transparency in her assessments. When we finally found our dream home, she played a pivotal role in making it a reality. While the process was challenging, she remained steadfast in her efforts. Ultimately, we achieved our goal. Each day, we develop a deeper appreciation for our home, and we attribute this success to Galina Kovalenko and her team.

ZillowVERIFIED I have worked with Galina over the years buying and selling properties. Galina has always provided excellent service from start to finish! Knowledgeable, efficient, and great at negotiating. The 2025 buying process was smooth and stress-free, I bought the very first house she had shown me as it had met all my requirements and expectations. I would not hesitate to work with her again. Thank you, Galina!

ZillowVERIFIED Galina walked the extra mile when she helped me sell my home. She is an expert in all aspects of her work. Galina lined up qualified repair personal to meet the requirements to pass inspection. She also gave me great advice in negotiations and worked closely with me in understanding the contract. Galina spent time getting to know me and my needs. She advertised me not only with selling my home, but also supported me with my plans for the next stage of my life. We worked as a team and in the end, I was extremely satisfied with the outcome.

ZillowVERIFIED Having Galina as our Realtor has been a great experience. She was honest with us about all fees and issues that came up, always available to answer any questions we had throughout the process, was available to talk whenever we needed to, and most importantly, was able to sell our home for the amount we were set on. That in itself was huge, considering our home had title issues that other realtors were unwilling or unable to find solutions for. She was able to sell our home in record time for the amount we agreed upon

ZillowVERIFIED I wish I could give "zero" to grade her, if I could. I asked for a short sale of my house , and she did not even explained the entire process. She simply laughed about my question. It is obvious, she only interested in high-priced houses to sell. Later on I found a real professional agent and could not be more thankful. Please avoid Galina Kovalenko for her unprofessionalism and make sure your current agent is not stingy to ignore accepting your house to sell. I will tell all of my friends and people I know not to hire Kovalenko for their real estate needs. Please give her the proper training and instructions how to deal with people and respect them, not looking for the future profit only. Enough said.
