She was patient with me as I sought out my perfect home, which was no easy feat. I was on the fence and looking for very specific needs to be met and my time line wasnt 100 percent set. She did not let that discourage her or intimate her. She stayed in communication and was understanding and caring of my situation. Most other agents had blown me off because I was being too picky in their opinion or not ready to buy fast enough. She was the only agent who let me take my time and answered all my questions and if she didnt know she took the time to find out and get back to me. Eventually after almost 6 months of working together we found me the perfect home and got it at the perfect price. So if you need that certain touch of a professional in your corner who also treats you with the respect and gives you the honesty you deserve then Gail is your agent. I have bought and sold many properties and used agents for most transactions. Gail is head and shoulders above the rest. She drove us around the state, always with a smile and good advice. When we expanded our search to North Carolina she hooked us up with another great very professional agent there. When we found a place she negotiated fiercely on our behalf. She found inspectors and contractors to help us understand the pros and cons of the property. She guided us at every stage of the negotiation process. She was timely in her responses and accurate in the documents she produced. The pandemic interfered with our purchase. Ultimately the deal did not go through. She remained professional and helped us to unwind the transaction with grace and good humour. We will certainly work with her in the future and recommend her without hesitation

The house we ended up purchasing wasn't what you call a house someone would want when we had our first visit. Gail took care of whatever means necessary that needed to be handled even if we were never to come back to look at the house but for future buyers. A delight to work with!!! She has her serious moments but a wonderful person to be around altogether. Even after purchasing our new home she still checks on us once in a while and asks about our family. I would recommend her to anyone if you are looking for a person that is looking out for your well-being on top of someone that takes care of business. We were started out looking for just property to buy and then to build a cabin on in the near future but after looking on our own we realized we werent going to be able to wait to build. We wanted that cabin now! Which meant we were going to need help to be able to find the perfect one. I requested help on Zillow on a Sunday morning and Gail called me within minutes. She met with us later than afternoon to look at a property that had caught our eye. And since that one didnt quite fit our needs Gail set to work looking for something even better.
